Medical aesthetics done by a practice that knows the difference between adding something and restoring something. Board-certified injectors, physician oversight, honest recommendations.
Every treatment below is physician-supervised and delivered in our Mesa office.
Neurotoxin for forehead, crow's-feet, and glabellar lines. HA-based fillers for cheeks, lips, under-eyes, and chin. Placed by our experienced injectors under medical oversight — never rushed, never pressured.
Laser hair removal for face and body, IPL photofacials for sun damage and redness, and non-invasive skin tightening for collagen stimulation. A consult and skin-type assessment precedes every laser treatment.
Platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin harvested from your own blood, used for hair restoration, facial rejuvenation, and combined with microneedling for texture, scarring, and tone.
The gold-standard laser for texture, fine lines, acne scars, and sun damage. CO₂ triggers deep collagen remodeling that keeps improving your skin for months after a single session. Fractional for milder downtime; full-field for dramatic rejuvenation.
Clinical-grade infusions to support the energy, cognition, recovery, and cellular pathways your HRT or GLP-1 protocol is already working on. Administered by a nurse in Mesa, under Dr. Allen's medical oversight.
The in-office treatment is only half the story. We build at-home regimens using ZO Skin Health, SkinBetter Science, and Face Reality — professional lines only sold through medical providers for good reason.
Facial work isn't a one-shot fix. Patients who treat their skin on a monthly rhythm — every four to six weeks — see the biggest, most lasting changes. The Anti-Aging Membership is how we make that cadence easy and affordable.
Use both your credits on light maintenance — up to two treatments a month (e.g., a dermaplane plus a mid-month chemical peel).
Go deeper with one premium treatment a month — Oxygeneo, Oxytrio, Rejuvapen microneedling, or IPL.
Rejuvapen and IPL carry a $50 add-on fee on top of the 2 credits — still a significant savings vs. à-la-carte pricing.
A fine, sterile blade exfoliates the skin — removing dead cells, fine hairs, and surface debris for instantly smoother skin and better product absorption.
A chemical solution removes the top skin layers to smooth fine wrinkles, even discoloration, and soften scars. Strengths tailored to your skin goals.
Gentle mechanical resurfacing for uneven skin tone, rough texture, photoaging, stretch marks (striae), melasma, and superficial scarring.
Deep cleansing facial with exfoliation, steam, hydration mask, massage, and custom products chosen for your skin — extractions available on request.
Our signature 3-in-1 glow treatment — deep cleanse, exfoliation, and internal oxygen infusion for a radiant, plump, camera-ready glow.
Three-step facial that detoxifies, hydrates, and nourishes skin while reducing fine lines and actively boosting collagen. Ideal for mature skin.
Physician-grade microneedling that triggers deep collagen remodeling — smooths texture, reduces fine lines, and lightens acne scars. Series recommended.
Non-invasive intense pulsed light targeting pigment irregularities, fine wrinkles, diffuse redness, sun spots, vascular marks, and unwanted fine hairs.
Members can add any of these on top of their monthly credits at preferred pricing. Ask about package bundles during your consult.

No pressure. No upsell. A free in-office consult before a single treatment is scheduled.
Online or by phone. Usually available within a week. Bring photos, a list of what's been bothering you, or nothing at all — we'll walk you through your options.
An honest conversation about what would actually help, what wouldn't, and what timing makes sense. We'll also flag anything that should be discussed with a physician first.
You leave with a written plan, transparent per-unit or per-treatment pricing, and no commitment. Book when you're ready — not when the timer's running.
Between visits, the skincare you apply at home does most of the work. We build a regimen from physician-only lines — ZO Skin Health (designed by Dr. Zein Obagi), SkinBetter Science, and Face Reality — with a Dr. Allen-supervised plan for retinoids, peels, and prescription-strength actives when appropriate.
Aesthetics looks simple from the outside — a needle, a laser, a peel. In practice, a lot of what differentiates a good result from a bad one is medical: understanding facial anatomy, knowing when a filler placement is risky, recognizing skin conditions that shouldn't be lasered, spotting when a chronic issue is actually a hormonal story. Tera Fe's aesthetics team works under Dr. Allen's medical oversight for exactly that reason.
Read Dr. Allen's full bio →We price Botox and other neurotoxins per unit, with fully transparent pricing shown before your treatment begins. Most patients need between 20 and 60 units depending on the areas treated. During your free consultation we'll recommend a unit count based on what you want to address and the strength of the muscles being treated — you'll know the total before we touch a syringe.
HA-based dermal fillers typically last 6–18 months depending on the product and the area. Cheek and chin fillers tend to last the longest; lip filler metabolizes fastest because the area is dynamic. We'll review expected longevity by product during your consult so you can plan your maintenance accordingly.
Most of our treatments have minimal or no downtime — Botox, laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, light chemical peels, and NAD+ / IV therapy all let you go back to your day right after. Filler may have mild swelling or bruising for 2–5 days. Deeper CO₂ laser resurfacing and PRP-with-microneedling treatments have 3–14 days of redness or flaking depending on intensity. We'll tell you exactly what to expect and plan timing around your calendar.
CO₂ laser is the gold-standard ablative laser for significant skin rejuvenation. It removes the outermost layer of damaged skin and triggers deep collagen remodeling, which keeps improving your skin for three to six months after a single session. It's the right fit for patients with visible texture, fine lines, acne scars, perioral lines, or significant sun damage. Fractional CO₂ keeps downtime to about a week; full-field treatments are more dramatic but can need up to two weeks of visible healing. Every CO₂ patient gets a pre-treatment consult with a physician to confirm fit.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme your cells use for energy production and DNA repair — levels decline with age, and targeted IV dosing is the most efficient way to raise them. Our other IVs include Myers' Cocktail (B-complex, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C) for energy and immunity, glutathione for antioxidant and skin support, and tailored hydration drips for recovery. Every infusion is reviewed by a physician, administered by a registered nurse in our Mesa office, and never given to anyone we don't think will benefit.
Yes. All injectable products we use — Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Juvederm, Restylane, and RHA fillers — are FDA-approved and sourced through authorized medical channels. You're welcome to see the product packaging and lot number before any injection. We also only use FDA-cleared devices for laser, IPL, and skin tightening.
Yes — many patients do. Hormone balance and weight loss often drive visible improvements in skin quality, facial volume, and puffiness, and we plan aesthetic treatments around your medical trajectory. For example, we often wait to place cheek filler until after significant weight loss has stabilized, so the result suits the new facial shape.
Absolutely. We treat plenty of men for Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, PRP for hair restoration, and skincare regimens. Our approach with men tends to focus on preservation rather than amplification — softening lines without losing character. Same honest consult, same transparent pricing.
Free in-office consultation with our aesthetics team. Bring a photo, a wishlist, or nothing at all — we'll walk you through what would actually help.
